AMBER ALE
This delicious beer’s popularity comes from its clean malt flavor and subtle hop presence. Light amber in color, this superbly balanced ale is medium-bodied with a fresh hop bouquet and smooth honey-like finish. 4.75% ABV.

BLUEBERRY CRÈME
Clean light maltiness mingles with fruity tartness to create a thirst-quenching balance of fruit and malt. 15 lbs of fresh Oregon blueberries in each barrel! Simply nature’s finest fruit ale. 4.5% ABV.

CHOCOLATE DUNKEL
This rich dark ale comes to Northwest beer connoisseurs with roots of German origin. Generous portions of Crystal, Munich, and Chocolate malt combine to create an Ale of extraordinary complexity and smoothness. Modestly hopped utilizing Yakima Valley Liberty hops, the Dunkel finishes slightly sweet with Carmel and Chocolate flavors. 6.5% ABV.

CRÈME ALE
The Crème Ale is a very pale, flavorful version of an original American beer style. It combines the fermentation characteristics of ale with the drinkability and maturity of a lager. Look for a delicate, soft maltiness complimented by the finest northwest hops.

CRYSTAL BITTER ALE
One of the original three beers brewed in early October 1993. This beer’s overall drinkability and unique qualities have earned it a dedicated and loyal following. By combining elements of English, German, and American brewing techniques and ingredients, we have created a hybrid beer of undeniably satisfying character. This burgundy colored ale has a big herbal hop nose, complimentary bitterness and complex malt flavors creating a multi-dimensional taste. It is cold filtered and lager conditioned.5.5% ABV.

INDIA PALE ALE
This big, bold, and copper colored ale showcases a big sweet malt body contrasted against a substantial hop presence that is evident at first smell. Five kettle additions of hops (using Cluster, Palisade, and Cascade) and significant dry-hopping with Amarillo and Palisade hops give this beer plenty of hop aroma and flavor to satisfy the hop-head in you. 7.0% ABV.

PALE ALE
Crafted in the American style using 2-row palt malt and crystal 40L malt. Generously hopped, this ale utilizes a blend of Cluster, Cascade. Look for a floral, fruity hop aroma and a pleasant hop flavor that finishes crisp and dry. 5.0%ABV.

STELLAR STOUT
This Stout Ale’s Stellar attributes can first be seen in its beautiful opaque, black color and creamy tan head. A gentle swirl of this beer reveals to the nose a subtle fruitiness layered with cocoa and roasted aromas. The flavor is slightly sweet, balanced perfectly by its roasted dark malt flavors. This beer is simultaneously very soft, smooth and crisp. Its mid-range alcohol level and overall drinkability make this stout truly "Stellar". 5.0% ABV.
