SOLAR WINDS
This spring seasonal is back again by popular demand. This will again be a single hop beer as in years past. This year, once again, we have chosen the Amarillo hop - one of the world’s rarest hops - grown only by Gamash Farms in the Yakima Valley. This hop was accidentally discovered growing in a Cascade hop field and was later found to be a naturally occurring variation of the Cascade hop. It is coveted for its orange, tangerine flavor and aroma profiles. This golden to copper colored ale beautifully showcases the complexities of the Amarillo hop on a malt pallet of subtle nutty sweetness. 5.75% ABV.
SUMMER WHEAT
This thirst quenching summer seasonal is a Hefeweisen. Hefeweisen’s are un-filtered wheat beers. This fine example appears cloudy and showcases a beautiful dense head with a pale orange color. Berries and a light honey-like maltiness show in the aroma and flavor profiles. It is medium bodied with a soft and fluffy finish. 4.5% ABV.
COPPERFEST
This Fall seasonal is brewed with Munich malt which gives it a beautiful light copper color and a deep, slightly nutty malty flavor. The result is a beer with a true German beer flavor, soft and smooth with a splash of hops in the bouquet and finish. 4.5% ABV.
WINTER ALE
This hearty seasonal offering is crafted in the likeness of Northwest style winter warmers. Rich maltiness and citrusy hop profiles mingle with fruity esters and alcohol to create a truly special ale sure to warm the soul for your winter holiday celebrations. 7.5% ABV.
